8. Marketing communications — based on your consent, where you have opted in to receive promotional communications from phpbets. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
9. Legal and regulatory compliance — necessary for compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including reporting obligations to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

6. Sharing of Personal Data

If phpbets becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, such data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be suspended.
