1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phpbets platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the phpbets Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

phpbets reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) phpbets account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

When registering your phpbets account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
2. Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
3. Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
4. Notify phpbets immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

phpbets will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in these Terms.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification

phpbets is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of this commitment, phpbets operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program.

You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name).

phpbets reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending the completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phpbets Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phpbets accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

1. Deposits are credited to your phpbets account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. phpbets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
2. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. phpbets reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4. phpbets reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account status.
5. phpbets does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
6. phpbets reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of fraud checks, AML reviews, or KYC verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phpbets offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.

General bonus terms applicable to all phpbets promotions include:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phpbets reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
3. phpbets reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phpbets Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by professional human dealers operating under controlled conditions. phpbets is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment.

By participating in any game on the phpbets Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. The rules of each game are as published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable game rules before placing any wager.
2. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform. phpbets will not reverse game results except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
3. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, phpbets reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round.
4. Winnings generated through the exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities are not valid and will be forfeited.
5. The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpbets Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating multiple phpbets accounts.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpbets staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

phpbets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Suspected fraudulent activity , money laundering, or other illegal activity.
4. Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
5. Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
6. A request by the account holder to close their account.
7. A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the phpbets Responsible Gaming program.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have passed verification will be processed in the normal course. Balances associated with accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may be forfeited at phpbets' discretion, subject to applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phpbets, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits.
• Loss of data or account information.

phpbets' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpbets account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phpbets' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Privacy

phpbets collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phpbets Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpbets Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phpbets from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
